Calorie requirements

Every person consumes a certain amount of calories every day.He takes more calories to himself as he consumes takes he gained body weight to, he takes less calories to himself as he consumes takes he gained body weight away.

But what is the daily calorie requirement, i.e. how many calories can be consumed without experiencing a change in weight? The individual Calorie requirements is even demTotal sales the person plus/minus the target accordingly. The Total sales is calculated from the Basal metabolic rate plus dem Performance turnover.
  • Total turnover = basal metabolic rate + performance metabolic rate

Basal metabolic rate
The basal metabolic rate is the calorie requirement that your body needs per day when completely at rest.
Maintaining your body functions
needed (e.g. when you are sleeping in bed).

Shares of basal metabolic rate:
  • Skeletal muscles with 26% (without afterburn effect)
    • Liver with 26%
    • Brain with 18%
    • Heart with 9%
    • Kidneys with 7%
    • The remaining 14% are allocated to the other organs
    • Performance turnover
    • The energy expenditure is the calorie requirement that your body needs for physical activities and tasks in addition to your basal metabolic rate.

    • Total sales
    • The total metabolism is the amount of energy you need per day to maintain your weight.
    • So if you add your energy expenditure to your basal metabolic rate and this sum (calorie requirement) is greater than the amount of calories you consume daily, you will lose weight.

There are many calculators on the Internet to calculate your individual calorie needs.
Height, weight, age and gender are often asked and then a calorie requirement is given.
This is of course a rough estimate; in my experience, the calorie requirement is usually given too high.

There are several scientifically recognized methods for correctly calculating calorie requirements.
